St Chads Bowling Club have teams in several Chorley Leagues during competition season
(May to September)
• Monday - Mixed Team - Chorley & District League
• Tuesday - Mens Team - Chorley Churches League
• Wednesday - Ladies - Chorley & District League (2 nd Div Champions 2003)
• Thursday afternoon - 2 x Mixed Veteran - Chorley Veterans League (over 55's)

White Coppice Cricket Club,

White Coppice has one of the most picturesque cricket grounds in England and is a great place to go for a cup of tea and home made cake on match days (most Saturdays from April to September). For more information contact the Secretary at the ground.

Withnell Fold Sports and Social Club is now the base for local u3a group, West Pennine Villages. The u3a (previously known as University of the 3rd Age) is open to anyone who is retired, semi-retired or no longer in full time work, and is a great way to meet new people, share existing interests and try out new things. Follow this link for further details. Or come along for a cuppa to the weekly Wednesday Drop In sessions 11am-12noon at the club (first Wednesday of the month usually hosts a guest speaker).

Lisa Om Yoga for All - Yoga classes to suit all abilities in Wheelton. Tues / Wed Morning & Thurs Eve. Daytime classes would suit ladies between the ages of 40 & 70 years. Evening class is attended by ladies & gents, all ages and abilities.
